Loved the staff at the Diplomat ! A special shout out to Michael Mobley for treating us like Queens on the beach. You really made our stay so enjoyable. Also want to thank Samantha who saved the day by finding and turning in my Kindle which I inadvertently left poolside. I would have been so upset if I lost it. The hotel was spotless. The spa was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent facilities for our boxing convention, super room on the 21st floor and courteous and friendly staff. Nicola James (Front Office) and Linda Levesque (Banquet)both exemplified the best customer service can afford anywhere in the hotel industry. Location of the hotel is great, near the beach and close to shopping malls. Food at Bristol's next door is top of the line! Beautifully laid out, the hotel lobby and environs encourage you to lounge about and just relax and enjoy your stay.

My Wi-Fi went down a day before I checked out which caused me a bit of inconvenience but I am not sure of the reason why although the IT person I reported the matter too tried to be very helpful.

Great location between Miami and Fort Lauderdale (15 min from the airport). Clean and beautiful bedrooms. Excellent hotel amenities. Perfect for both a family vacation and a business trip. Loved my time there!

We just returned from our 10th stay at this beautiful, busy, resort. I've travelled here when my oldest son, now 9, was just 2; we come every winter nad sometimes in the summer, too! We love the rooms, the pools, the ocean, the service, and I love the spa. We can't wait to return! We truly love it all and alway have the best experience. Thank you!
